Iuliia has worked with e-commerce and B2B projects across different markets, first as a business owner, later as a consultant and inside agencies.

Running her own company taught her what the numbers look like from the inside: which leads turn into money, what a wasted month costs, and how fast a strategy stops mattering when the phone is not ringing. Working inside agencies showed her where the chain usually breaks. Reporting stops at the lead, nobody asks what happened after the call, and the person who sold the work is rarely the person doing it.

Yury was the technical half of that work, at first occasionally, then on most projects. When it became clear that between them they covered the whole chain, from the campaign to the tracking to the code underneath, they started Zen Republic and went direct: no white label, no outsourcing through another agency, and no layer between the client and the people doing the work. That is the part that matters to her. When you talk to the owner every week, you know what actually hurts, what the situation is right now, and what to do first.

Today she builds the strategy and runs Google Ads for owner-run service businesses in the US and Canada, measured on calls and booked jobs.
