Why Zen Republic exists
For 15 years, we ran our own e-commerce business, until we sold it. We know the owner's side of the table.
After that, Iuliia worked at several marketing agencies. We saw what agencies do well, and we saw the same problems come up again and again:
- People leave, and the client explains the business all over again to someone new.
- The work quietly goes to outside contractors.
- Reporting stops at the lead. Nobody checks what happened after the form or the call.
- Marketing never talks to the sales team.
- Nobody asks about the business problems behind the ads.
- Updates are slow, vague or copied from a template.
Not every agency works this way. But enough do that we built Zen Republic around the opposite.
We work directly with business owners. Together, we build a plan that fits where your business is right now and what it can realistically handle. We use your tools, or build them for you, so everything stays with you. No lock-in.
We build relationships on trust. We don't lie to clients, and we don't answer with templates.
That's also why we're selective. There are two of us, our time is limited, and we work for the long term: building systems and processes that hold up over time.

Co-Founder, Strategy and Campaigns
Iuliia runs discovery calls and audits, builds the campaigns and writes the ads herself. Before Zen Republic, she worked at several marketing agencies. She has also worked inside client businesses as a fractional CMO, managing budgets and reporting to owners who care about revenue, not marketing jargon.

Yury Parfentsov
Co-Founder, Analytics, Tracking and Development
Yury connects ad platforms, call tracking, CRMs and websites, so every lead can be traced back to where it came from. He also builds the tools and site infrastructure behind our work.
