Google Ads Management

Google Ads Management for Service Businesses

We build and run Google Ads accounts for owner-run service businesses in the US and Canada, and we measure them by calls and booked jobs, not by clicks.

The account is opened in your business name. You keep full admin access, and if we stop working together, everything stays with you.

The audit comes first, and you get the findings whether or not you hire us.

What we run inside your account

Search campaigns, built by service and service area

One service per ad group, so the ad matches what the person typed. Campaign names follow one convention, so a year from now you can still read your own account.

Match types in the right order

We start on phrase and exact. Broad goes on only after enhanced conversions are feeding the account real outcomes, because broad without good data spends fast and teaches nothing.

Negative keywords from day one

We bring our own list, built from years of service accounts, and add the ones your niche needs. Search terms get reviewed every week, and the budget stops paying for job seekers, DIY searches and free-stuff clicks.

Responsive search ads and the assets that matter for a phone-call business

Call assets, sitelinks by service, location, reviews.

Geography that matches where you actually go

A radius around your service area, plus explicit exclusions for the places you don't want the truck driving to.

Several locations or service areas? See local PPC management.

Performance Max only where it earns its place

It can work once conversion data is clean. Turned on early, it mostly buys cheap traffic and reports it as success.

Invalid clicks filtered with our own tool

Not a promise to block every bad click, but your reports stop counting them as demand.

The audit we start with

Before we change bids, we read the account. The same six steps every time:

01

Account structure

What campaigns exist, what they were supposed to do, what they actually do.

02

Keywords and match types

Where the money goes, and how much of it goes to searches that were never going to call.

03

Ads

What is being promised, and whether the landing page keeps that promise.

04

Audiences

Who is being paid for twice.

05

Competitors

Auction Insights, the Google Ads Transparency Center and Keyword Planner top-of-page bids, so expectations about budget are based on your auction, not on an average.

06

Attribution

What the account calls a conversion, and whether that thing is worth money.

You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

Tracking comes before scaling

An account can only optimize toward what it can see. Most of the accounts we take over are optimizing toward form views and 3-second calls.

  • Call tracking with dynamic numbers, so each call is tied to a campaign and a keyword.
  • Form tracking that survives modern sites, including AJAX forms that standard setups quietly miss.
  • Spam filtering, so conversion counts are made of real people.
  • Leads stored with their attribution intact. If there is no CRM yet, we can capture leads and attribution inside your own website.
  • Closed jobs sent back to Google with offline and enhanced conversions, so bidding learns from revenue. That is also when it makes sense to move off last-click attribution.

How we set up call tracking

The person on your call runs your account

There is no account manager between you and the work. Iuliia builds the strategy and runs the campaigns. Yury joins when the work gets technical: tracking, development, connecting your accounts and tools.

That is the practical difference between hiring a Google Ads specialist and hiring an agency. You get a senior person doing the work, and a second one when the work needs a developer, without either of them handing your account to a junior in month three.

Who we are

What a month looks like

  • Campaigns checked every day, with bids and budget moved where the data says.
  • Search terms and negatives reviewed weekly.
  • A monthly keyword audit and a look at bidding strategy, seasonality, Auction Insights and impression share before anything big changes.
  • Leads segmented by service, geography and business size, so weak segments get turned down instead of being subsidized by the good ones.
  • A monthly report in calls, leads and booked jobs, with what changed and why. Call data included: which keyword and which ad produced the call.
  • Reporting is built on data from your own accounts: call tracking, ad platforms, CRM, email, Google Business Profile, Search Console. The more access you give us, the more of the picture we can show you.
  • Strategy calls with the person running your account. We're reachable every day, and calls run weekly or every two weeks when a lot is moving.
  • Email answered within 24 hours.

We work month to month, and we don't charge a percentage of your ad spend.

How much budget Google Ads needs

There is no single number, and anyone who gives you one without looking at your niche is guessing.

The useful way to think about it: find the average cost per click in your service and your area, then plan a monthly budget of roughly 10 to 20 of those clicks per day of data you need. Below that, the account collects too few conversions to learn from, and you end up paying for a test that never finishes.

We check the real numbers for your services and your service area before we suggest a budget, using Keyword Planner top-of-page bids and what the auction actually looks like. Public tools give a national average across all intents, including people who were only reading. It's a starting point, not your number.

Rule of thumb

10–20

clicks per day

at the real cost per click for your service and your area, for every day of data you need.

FAQ

Usually not. We work in your existing account when there is history worth keeping, and rebuild inside it when the structure is the problem. Either way the account stays in your name.

Yes. The audit is free and yours to keep, including if you decide to fix things yourself or stay with your current agency.

Search ads can bring calls in the first month. Knowing which of those calls became jobs takes longer, and that is the number we optimize toward.

No. Your budget goes to Google, not through us.

You keep the account, the data, the tracking setup and the lead history. Nothing is built on our side.

When the account has clean conversion data and there is a reason to. Not as a default, and not before search is working.

Start with an audit, not a proposal.

We'll look at your Google Ads account and your tracking, and tell you what we'd change and in what order. If the account is in good shape, we'll say that too.
